Whether you need advice or have a problem with your mac, our helpdesk advisors are on hand to help!
All of our advisors are trained by Apple to at least “Apple Certified Help Desk Specialist status” and form part of Cornwall’s only Apple Authorised Service Provider team. Our staff have extensive knowledge of Mac OSX and application troubleshooting. Any member of staff can contact our help desk via our dedicated support line. One of our engineers can then either talk the user through the problem, or can securely dial in to your Mac, take control and fix your problem.
In such circumstances that remote access is not enough, then we can arrange for an engineer to visit you onsite.
