As an Apple Authorised Service Provider all of our Apple Service Personnel are certified Apple technicians. This gives us direct access to Apple’s parts database and Apple’s Technical Support Centre.
CTS can also undertake in warranty or AppleCare warranty repairs which are free of charge (subject to Apple’s Terms and Conditions).

We offer repair and support services from our retail store and workshops in Newquay. Our workshops are staffed with Apple Certified engineers, as well as static safe equipment, diagnostic tools and more. On Site Support.
If you prefer, we offer an onsite service. Our field engineers cover all of Cornwall including, Newquay, Truro, Falmouth, St Austell, Penzance, St Ives, Bodmin, Liskeard and all surrounding areas.
